NTDTV available 24/7 on TV MAX in Houston

Starting December 11, viewers in Houston Texas are able to watch New Tang Dynasty Television (NTDTV) 24/7 via Houston-based TVMAX’s digital cable network. Located on TVMAX’s channel 169, NTDTV can be viewed by approximately 95% of all subscribers (all those taking any package other then the company’s Lifeline service).

 

TVMAX covers the much of the Houston Metroplex via a fiber optic network and provides TV, high-speed internet, and phone service to over 300 apartment, condo, and town-home communities. According to TVMAX’s Vice President and General Manager Kenny Walker, many of their customers requested NTDTV. “One of the key things we’ve been doing this past year is adding channels specifically requested by our customers; NTDTV being one of them. The breadth of programming is impressive and fits very well with the markets we serve. And, of course, we are always excited to act on our customers’ requests.”

 

The fourth largest U.S. city, Houston has been home to Chinese immigrants for over one hundred years. In 1900, over 1,000 ethnic Chinese were living in Houston.
