In this episode, Ryan stumbles upon the Dessert Truck--a mobile kitchen serving up high end desserts for the common people. Ryan takes a ride with chef Jerome and comes to understand the chef's mission. Later, Ryan mingles with the customers out for late night sweet treats, digging into the je ne sais quoi of bacon ice cream.
