Desperate to Exit Haiti

Desperate to get out of Haiti.
Hundreds of people with foreign passports gathered at Port-Au-Prince airport, waiting to get on a charter, aid, or military plane and escape the devastation.
[Unidentified Woman]:
"I came here on Tuesday just before the earthquake for a conference and there is nothing else for me to do but
evacuate."
As for flights coming IN, aid flights with rescue and logistics personnel and supplies from around the world are getting through. Commercial flights are still banned.
And as for native Haitians, scores are trying to leave the capital in packed vehicles. Barely passable roads make any exodus of the quake's center of destruction extremely difficult.
The Haitian government now believes up to 140,000 people were killed in Tuesday's earthquake.
