Huge Chinese Pizza Enjoyed by Hundreds

Chefs in China's Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region broke a record on Monday, with the world’s largest pizza. This Uyghur pancake – or “Chinese pizza” as the locals call it – is almost 12 feet wide and big enough to feed 1,000 people. It took two days to prepare and needed six chefs to roll the dough, using 16 foot steel rods. It was then topped with 132 pounds of mutton and 11 pounds of onions and cooked in a huge oven for three days. The pizza was declared the largest pizza in the world by staff from China Records Headquarters.
