Worshippers gathered around a makeshift alter, sang hymns and prayed.

 

Haiti is still recovering from a devastating earthquake on January 12, which killed as many as 200,000 people and left hundreds of thousands more injured.  

 

Hundreds of thousands of quake survivors are still sleeping under tents in improvised refugee camps that carpet all available open spaces in the devastated city.
