Facial Muscle Exercises Bring an Appearance of Youth

Both men and women are always searching for ways to stay looking younger.
Many use cosmetics and plastic surgery is becoming increasingly popular.
However, it seems there is another way of achieving a younger, fresh look.
A Physical Education teacher in Israel succeeded in proving that diligently exercising the facial muscles can bring about a younger appearance in people of progressive age.
But how many people know about the benefits of facial exercises?
In the meeting of "La nobel estetics", Certified Cosmetician Ilana Keren explains the importance of constantly exercising the face muscles.
[Illana Keren, PE Teacher, Certified Cosmetician]:
"I am sorry to say that we have not reached a widespread awareness of the possibilities in working on our face, as opposed to the huge public awareness of the aesthetics and work on body muscles. This is a never-ending trend. People know that the way the body looks is the result of working on and strengthening of the muscles. I am trying to lead the way in finding some way of helping women gain control over what is happening to their faces."
Most women feel that they cannot control skin aging. By depending on cosmetics, they simply mask their skin condition.
[Illana Keren, PE Teacher, Certified Cosmetician]:
"This means that the moment we find a solution for the weakening of the muscles we can reach some control over the process. I teach a certain method, but I like to say it is in fact control that you take into your hands and if you persevere, you can indeed gain 80 or 90 percent control of what's happening in your face."
Results can already be seen after several months of exercising the face muscles.
[Khen Zolkoff, Doctor of Microbiology]:
"For many years now I have been looking for a solution to help me improve the state of my facial muscles. I have seen that one could work on one's body, on the arms and legs, with good results, and I knew there were muscles also in the face, but I have never understood why I could not find a way to work on them as well. Today, two years after taking the course and exercising 2 to 3 times a week I definitely see results. People keep telling me I am as pretty as I used to be when I was younger. I receive a lot of compliments."
Karen’s “face-lift” can be achieved by anyone with enough awareness, will power, and perseverance for gaining a tangible facial improvement.
