French Players Revolt at World Cup

Team France is a soccer team clearly in disarray.
One day after Nicolas Anelka was kicked off France's National team for insulting team coach Raymond Domenech, France's World Cup team boycotted a training session.
Domenech, reading from a statement written by the players, explained the team's protest to dozens of reporters.
[Raymond Domenech, France Coach]:
"Without exception the players are unanimously against the French Football Federation's decision to expel Nicolas Anelka. We deplore the incident that happened at halftime against Mexico but we regret even more the fact that an event that belongs to our group and is inherent to the life of a competitive team was made public."
The chaos didn't end there. France team director Jean-Louis Valentin submitted his resignation and fitness coach Robert Duverne stormed off the training field after getting into a heated argument with France captain Patrice Evra.
Following that incident, all 22 members of the French squad walked towards their team bus, where they drew the curtains and then drove off.
France has yet to win a match at this year's FIFA World Cup and Les Bleus have also failed to score.
The team's next match is against South Africa on Tuesday. But even with a win over the host nation, their chances of advancing to the round of 16 appear very unlikely.
