Around 300 people in over 70 cities around the world took part in the International Pillow Fight Day organised by the Urban Playground Movement.

"I'm here because it's funny and with some friends that I met here in Warsaw. From Couch Surfing which is this beautiful organisation. And it's so funny, you know."

Feathers from pillows were flying all around, as participants hit each other for a bit of fun.

[Alek Wasilewski, Pillow Fight Participant]:
"For me its just an excuse to beat up every people with pillows. Just a bit of harmless violence."

Some might call it pillow fight therapy.
