A massive landslide rocked China’s Zhongyang County in Shanxi Province on Monday. 23 people are confirmed dead.

Twelve bodies were retrieved from the debris on Monday and 11 more were found today.

The victims were migrant workers and their family members from the southwestern Yunnan Province, employed by a nearby coal mine.

The landslide also buried five homes. But rescuers managed to find two people alive soon after the incident.
