Snow on roads continues to slow down traffic across northern and central China. Last week a cold front brought heavy snowfall to the Mainland.
According to state run media the early snows have led to at least 38 deaths. The snow has brought down more than 7,000 buildings nationwide and cost more than half a billion dollars in economic losses.
Cold weather is set to continue in China through early this week. Snow and rain and even blizzards are forecast to sweep southern China in the next few days, along with areas of northeast China.
