India-Pakistan Talks Wrap Up in New Delhi

Meetings continue between Indian and Pakistani officials today. Pakistan's foreign secretary met India's foreign minister on Friday in New Delhi.
The talks are a first since the Mumbai attacks in November 2008. After the meetings, both side said they will "keep in touch" signaling that relations between the nuclear-armed rivals remain frosty.
India broke off talks with Pakistan after the Mumbai attacks, saying dialogue could resume only if Pakistan stops hostile military operations on its soil.
New Delhi blamed the attacks, which killed 166 people and derailed a four-year-long peace process, on militants based in Pakistan.
