It took around a dozen brigades and several hours of firefighting to extinguish this huge fire in Uttar Pradesh that started around 6:30 Thursday morning.
Authorities are trying to determine what set the warehouse on fire.
[A K Tripathi, Superintendent of Police, Noida]:
"The Dainik Jagran Press had a warehouse consisting of printing materials like paper which caught fire this morning. The fire has been put out and the situation is under control. It took one dozen fire brigades to put the fire out. We will be able to answer questions like how the warehouse caught fire and how much damage has been done only after a thorough investigation."
No word on when that investigation will be completed.
