Angry scenes erupted outside a clothing factory in Bangladesh.
More than 2,000 workers were protesting over pay when the demonstration turned violent.
Witnesses said angry employees torched a number of vehicles after workers from the clothes factory clashed with police.
At least four people were killed and around 200 were wounded in the clashes.
[Textile worker]:
"Police killed five female workers and hid them, covered them with polythene beside the canteen, we have seen that. When we asked for the bodies they did not give them to us but instead of that they beat us and drove us out of the factory."
One woman said her daughter is missing.
[Nilufar Begum, Mother of Textile Worker]:
"My daughter went to work at the factory this morning but I haven't seen her since then and I don't know what has happened to her."
Details about the deaths remain unknown.
But local sources said two female police officers are among the dead.
