When the curtain opened, costumes shone against scenery of mountains and streams. Music blended with movement as Shen Yun Performing Arts took the stage in Changwon, South Korea.

As it began, I was really pleasantly surprised; the birth of Chinese culture, the spread of Buddha's Law, having a deep sense of compassion, these are what truly make China great. It was a powerful experience."

It can be deeply meaningful for many Chinese to see a performance like Shen Yun display their culture.
