Dozens brave a cold snowy Moscow morning to greet a released prisoner.
Anti-corruption blogger Alexei Navalny's become a leader of the anti Vladimir Putin protest movement .
[Alexei Navalny, Blogger, Opposition Leader]:
"I am absolutely confident we will prevail. Protest activities will continue, we will keep coming to the streets until our legitimate and sensible demands are met."
Navalny was arrested at a rally after controversial elections protesters believe were rigged in favor of Putin's United Russia party.
Demonstrations continued as the Russian parliament opened for the first time since the elections.
Several protesters were dragged into police vehicles.
Further protests are planned for Saturday.
