Indian Foreign Minister Visits Beijing

On Wednesday, India’s Foreign Minister landed in Beijing to meet with his counterpart, Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi as part of a three-day visit to China. The meeting between the two foreign ministers covered China’s veto of the UN Security Council resolution regarding continued conflict in Syria. They also spoke about the US resolution to restrict oil trade with Iran, as well as relations with Afghanistan. Krishna continued his trip after the meeting by inaugurating the new Indian Embassy in Beijing.
