Chinese New Year and the Lantern festival are some of the most famous Chinese traditions. In Taiwan, each year the government hosts an event called the Taiwan Lantern Festival. This year is the event’s twentieth anniversary. And for the first time, it’s being held in Northeast Taiwan’s Yilan City.
