Rallies Remember Pakistan's Bhutto

STORY:
Thousands of Pakistanis massed near the tomb of slain former premier Benazir Bhutto on Friday. Today, December 27th, is the one-year anniversary of her assassination.
Mourners gathered in rural southern Pakistan ahead of today's commemoration at the Bhutto family mausoleum. They showered flowers on Bhutto's grave and offered prayers.
The Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani are expected to lead the commemoration.
In Rawalpindi, where Bhutto was assassinated, hundreds of supporters held a torchlight rally.
[Nausheen Latif, PPP Worker]:
"I am incredibly grieved because the brutal killers have martyred such a great woman. They did not give a thought to what they were doing."
Benazir Bhutto was killed in a gun and bomb attack on December 27 last year after addressing an election rally in Rawalpindi.
