?And on the sidelines of the ASEAN meeting, foreign ministers from the six countries involved in talks to disarm North Korea are set to meet today. ?
They come weeks after Pyongyang handed over data on its nuclear program and demolished a cooling tower at its Yongbyon nuclear facility.
The exchange for these actions has been aid and diplomatic concessions.?Once the content of the data is verified, the six countries will discuss the handover of all of nuclear materials and shutting down the reclusive country's nuclear facilities. ?
However some are still skeptical as North Korean nuclear talks have a history of taking one step forward and then one step back.
