Israeli Muslims have long demanded better human rights from their government. After hearing about the CCP regime in China harvest ing organs from live Falun Gong practitioners, Sheikh Kamal Rian felt he needed to speak out about the issue.

[Sheikh Kamal Rian, Muslim Religious Leader]:
"Look…human rights violations are everywhere, aren't there in Israel? Aren't there in the USA? However, it's not like that…To take over part of a person, from an elementary fundamental right of his, and give it to another human being, it isn't only harm the person himself. I think it will hurt the two of them. I'm going to raise the subject on our first meeting in Egypt."

The Sheikh was among the religious leaders who supported the Human Rights Torch Relay in Israel.
